Can A Seller Get A Break?

Summer vacations and winter retreats. Many look forward to them, however, those who make up core buyers and scrap yard dealers find little time to sit back and relax.

A lot of these guys work all the time and one of the complaints is that no one ever has time to take off or they’ll say, I haven’t had a vacation day in three years, because they can’t leave, because they can’t entrust a lot of their stuff to somebody else.

There are some tradeshows they go to. A lot of times for international scrap recycling or some of the automotive recycling. Sometimes it’s just a chance to have a break and to be around a bunch of like-minded people. Business is accomplished, but it’s also more of a release I think for them.
